Transactions & Refunds

Entries, claims and refunds are separate blockchain transactions. This page explains their states, eligibility checks and collection process.

Transaction states

Awaiting confirmation
The wallet is displaying a request. No entry is recorded until a transaction is submitted and succeeds on chain.
Pending
The transaction has been submitted but is not yet confirmed. Entry eligibility is checked when the transaction executes.
Confirmed
The transaction succeeded and its result is recorded. A confirmed entry's outcome and amount cannot be edited.
Reverted
The transaction was included in a block but failed a contract check or transfer. Its state changes and value transfer are reverted; network gas is still charged.
Rejected in wallet
The request was declined before broadcast. No blockchain transaction or entry was created.

Entry checks

An entry must execute during the opening window, meet the applicable amount limits and use an available outcome. Price Prediction allows one entry per wallet per pair per round. Event Prediction applies its maximum to the wallet's combined stake across all outcomes in that event.

Submitting a transaction before the countdown ends does not reserve an entry. The transaction must execute before the contract's lock timestamp. Pausing a game prevents new entries while the pause is active.

Price Prediction refunds

Tie
The recorded lock and close prices are equal.
Cancelled round
The round has been marked cancelled in the contract.
Unresolved or invalid round
The round has not closed or meets the contract's invalid-price condition.

Refund eligibility also checks the round's timing and state and whether the entry has already been paid. The game exposes Refund when the entry is eligible. A refund returns the original stake without a claim fee.

Event Prediction refunds

Cancelled event
Player stakes become refundable when an unresolved event is cancelled. Cancellation is available before lock or after the unresolved-event timeout.
Unresolved event
Refunds become available seven days after lock if the event has not been resolved. No separate cancellation transaction is required.
Resolved event
A valid result pays winning stakes through Claim. Stakes on other outcomes do not qualify for refunds.
Refund timing
The event timeout is measured from its lock timestamp. Once an unresolved event reaches that timeout, it remains in refund mode and cannot be resolved. Claim and refund entitlements have no expiry.

Collect a refund

  1. 1
    Connect the entry wallet
Use the address that placed the entry and select BNB Smart Chain.
  2. 2
    Select Refund
The contract checks the position and returns the eligible stake amount. For an event, the refund includes that wallet's stakes across all outcomes.
  3. 3
    Confirm in the wallet
A successful transaction transfers the amount and records it as paid. Network gas is charged separately.

Claim and refund transfers

A position can be collected once. Each transfer requires sufficient contract balance and a recipient that can accept the payment. If the transfer reverts, the paid status is reverted with it.

Event payouts use the contract's shared balance. If a payment exceeds the available balance, the operator must add funds before the transaction can succeed. The unpaid entitlement remains available for a subsequent attempt.

Transaction records

A transaction hash identifies the submitted transaction. Its explorer page shows the sender, destination contract, status, transferred value and gas used. The Contracts page links to the transaction history for each game.
